If you have a return request, please contact us via email at contact@zavasienna.com within 7 days after receiving the item (according to tracking information). Please provide your order information and the reason for the return.

Once we confirm your return request, we will send you an email to notify you to return the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as that you received it, including all original contents such as complete product and original packaging.

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
